Northstar Clean Concepts expands into Oregon

Spokane company acquires Portland-based Carson Equipment

September 16, 2025

Spokane-based Clean Concepts Group Inc., which does business as Northstar Clean Concepts, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Carson Equipment, a division of Portland-based energy and transportation solutions company Carson.

Gary Clark, president of Northstar, declines to disclose the terms of the acquisition.

In addition to its Spokane headquarters, at 633 N. Helena, and its newly acquired Portland location, Northstar also has a location in Pasco, Washington.

"We look forward to taking the Portland branch to a new level as customers experience the Northstar experience," Clark says in a press release.

Founded in 1979, Northstar offers industrial cleaning equipment, environmental equipment, repair services, parts and accessories, and rentals. The company represents various manufacturers of pressure washer, floor care, and wash bay equipment.

Northstar now has 25 employees, three of whom joined from Carson Equipment.
